So disapointed, the item is not as it seems and it came with scratches, such a bad condition!

I placed an order for three items and the order was to be processed and shipped with-in 1-2 business days. Well, five days later, I still hadn't received a conformation, so I called, and I called, and called...I left a total of 11 messages in two days, finally I kept calling until they answered.
When I finally received my order, the bracelet listed above was scratched and in the scratch the metal appears black. Like the other review stated, the diamonds are all but invisible.
I e-mailed and called them several times, but they refuse to respond. Netaya has a large selection, but I would warn against ordering from them as if there is a problem, it will be impossible to get in touch with them to resolve the issue.
Unfortunatly, I ordered the items as Christmas gifts, so I have to leave it up to them to return the item if they so choose.

This is a beautiful silver bracelet, but don't expect to see the diamonds as clearly as you see them in the photo. As a matter of fact they are almost undetectable. But the bracelet is lovely, light weight and just the right size for my small wrist. I love it.
